Our Story
Our founder played a key role in helping scale Rick Hinderer Knives into one of the most recognized brands in its industry. Along the way, more and more business owners began reaching out for help with their own marketing and brand growth. What started as offering advice and sharing strategies turned into a genuine passion, the joy of helping great products and great teams get the attention they deserve. That passion eventually became the spark to build this agency, dedicated to supporting brands that should be bigger, but just need the right connection to their customers.
As a team, we believe growth doesn’t come from gimmicks — it comes from clarity, strategy, and an authentic relationship between brand and customer. We exist to bridge that gap for our clients, bringing creativity and data together to drive meaningful results. It’s also what sets us apart in how we approach marketing.
Our Founder
I began my career in the military, where I learned the importance of discipline, problem-solving, and leadership under pressure. After transitioning to the private sector, I joined Rick Hinderer Knives, where I moved from solving operational challenges to leading marketing and brand strategy. During my time there, I helped transform the company into a powerhouse within its industry by sharpening its positioning, building brand identity, and driving growth.
When I left, I knew this was the work I wanted to continue doing — helping businesses with great products unlock their potential through smarter branding, marketing, and ecommerce strategy. Today, that’s what I do for our clients at Sharp Line Growth: partner with small and mid-sized businesses to solve the puzzle of getting their products into more hands.
